Home and Heart Worker

Position Summary:

Under the supervision of the Program Manager, Case Manager Team Leads, and Case Manager Supervisor, you will be responsible to provide a variety of in-home parenting services to families whose children are at risk for or are experiencing abuse and neglect, in accordance with the Makoon Service Agreement developed in collaboration with the family and reviewed periodically.

To strive as a whole to foster strong healthy relationships for the success of the families always following policies and procedures of Makoon Transition Inc.
